Grade 2 (Social Studies
and Language Arts)
The students will write and share a report with
their classmates. Students will participate in pre-reading
of the Social Studies textbook chapter on Native Americans
and will use encyclopedias, the Internet and books available
through the library to provide prior knowledge. During this
time, vocabulary will be developed, information will be collected
and pictures to be used will be created by using the program
KidPix.
